Mission Statement:
"To cultivate a competitive and dynamic youth football and cheer program, committed to developing skilled, confident and disciplined athletes who embody the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and determination, while achieving excellence on and off the field."
Who We Are:
The West Clovis Monsters are the only youth football team in the Clovis West area. We are a member of the Central California Youth Football League, which we believe to be the most competitive league in town. The Monsters strive to provide children and their families with a positive experience that includes quality coaching, communication, and organization. We aim to keep our registration costs low and have not raised them in about ten years. This is achieved through the support of our community sponsors, and our hardworking volunteers. There are no paid positions within our program. The president, board members, coaches, team moms, and parents all volunteer their time and talents to make this team the best that it can be.
Our History
Our team was founded on June 1st, 2009. The name changed over the early years to become the West Clovis Monsters. We operated under the umbrella of the Trace Foundation, later the Gridiron Foundation, as a member team. In December 2022, we created our own nonprofit for the exclusive benefit of the West Clovis Monsters, and adopted our own bylaws, which you can view on this website.
